What: Pimento Cheese, Farmers' Market Pomodoro Sauce
Back in Charlotte, I had a reading at Park Road Books in the evening. I made pimento cheese again (this time, restraining myself to two crackers-full) and then came home to make a very simple, but sublime tomato sauce from farmers market, ripe tomatoes, garlic and olive oil. Served it over tagliatelle with Parmigiano Reggiano. Mmmmm.
